As this is my catch-up post, here are some things I am currently working on:
To find a suitable external office, I am seeking to separate my work environment from my apartment to regain the structure I lost during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Securing an appointment with a psychotherapist (which is quite challenging in Germany) to address my recent panic attacks.
Resuming a consistent workout routine at the gym
There are many tasks to accomplish, but I'm confident that I will succeed :)
